Booking process and payment
Our automatic system calculates availability and prices to allow you choose the house or apartment that suits your needs better and immediately proceed with on-line payment of 40% of the rental price or send a bank transfer in the next 48 hours. If the transfer is not done in due term the reservation will be automatically cancelled and the expense generated by this payment method the client's responsability.
Once payment of 40% has been done, the reservation will be instantly confirmed and you will receive inmediately an e-mail with all the details (apartment adress, contact person data, dates, etc.)
On-line payments security
Turismar is commited to the maximum protection of its clients personal information, is used in payment transactions. Turismar will never have access to the credit card number introduced in the form. This information is encripted and will only be available to the bank.
Turismar has three types of deposits ranging from 200 to 500 euros. If the tenants are a group of young people , they will have to pay 50 euros per person to a minimum of 250 euros.
Payment of the deposit is in cash or credit card. After the check-out and a previous inspection of the condition of the apartment it will be returned to the clients in the same form. In case of damages, the correspondent amount will be deduced from the deposit.

- If the reservation is cancelled before the 14 days previous to the date of arrival, Turismar will return the client 50% of the reservation price.
- If the reservation is cancelled after the 14 days before to the date of arrival, Turismar will keep the whole (100%) of the reservation price.
Admission and check-out
Arrivals: Keys will be available from 17:00 to 19:00 in our office in La Pineda.
Your accomodation won't be available until 17:00. If you plan to arrive before, please telephone us in advance so you can leave your luggage in the agency.
At your arrival to the agency you will be asked your reservation sheet and we will proceed to identify all the occupants of the accommodation. Please note that it is a compulsory legal procedure. Afterwards, the holder of the reservation will sign the rental contract and pay the remaining 60% of the price plus 25,00 euros of service charge, plus the Tourist Tax of 0,99 euros per day and person older than 16 to a 7 day maximum (Ley 5/2017 de 28/3/17 D.O.G.C. Num. 7340 de 30/03/17) plus the deposit. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card.
The accommodation is delivered tidy with all its accessories and kitchenware. Sheets and towels are included in the rental price. For hygienic reasons we do not provide dishcloths, soaps, and scourer etc..
Check-out hours are from 8:00 to 10:00. An employee of the agency will come to the accomodation at the appointed hour to check its condition, collect the keys and return the deposit.
At the appointed hour tenants must be ready to leave the accomodation with luggage already packed and the apartment tidy. You must return the accomodation in the same condition that you found it at your arrival.
There is accomodation were pets are allowed. If you travel with a pet, you must inform Turismar at the moment of reservation for permission.
The clients commit themselves to respect the residents' associations rules. During the rest hours, from 22:00 to 9:00, neither parties nor noise in the accomodation are allowed. Under no circumstance the number of occupants in the apartment can exceed the established maximum.
The use of electricity and water must be reasonable. When the air-conditioning is on, do not forget to close doors and windows.
It is forbidden to hang towels and clothes on the balconies railings.
Swimming pools opening hours are established by each residents' association, although generally they are from 10:00 to 21:00. It is not alllowed to fix objects like parasols, tents, etc... in the lawn, as well as using inflatable matresses inside the pool.
Children must always go accompanied by their parents and under their responsability.
The contract holder is responsible for the correct behaviour of all the occupants in the apartment. Otherwise, Turismar reserves the right to expel the occupants from the apartment without their being entitled to any further claim nor compensation of any kind.
Neither Turismar nor the owner of the accomodation will be responsible for any damage, direct or indirect, which may occur as a result of a misuse of the accomodation, including without limitation: damages, economic losses after fires, theft, delinquency, accidents or damages of any other kind.
Our goal is that our clients enjoy a pleasant stay.
If any fault occurs in any of the apartment facilities during the rental period, you must immediately inform Turismar to solve the incidence as soon as possible.
In the event of force majeure (water damages, fires, etc.) Turismar will replace the reserved accommodation by other of the same characteristics. In case of not having any available, Turismar will return the total amount paid.
